ABSTRACT

To establish the identification method for Physalis angulatae fructus Seu calyx and Physalis calyx Seu fruc-tus. Methods:Four methods including macroscopy, microscopy,TLC and HPLC were used. Results: There were some differences in macroscopic and microscopic characteristics and physicochemical identification between Physalis angulatae Fructus Seu Calyx and Phys-alis Calyx Seu Fructus. Conclusion:The established method is simple and easy, which can objectively and accurately distinguish Phys-alis angulatae Fructus Seu Calyx from Physalis Calyx Seu Fructus.

ABSTRACT

@#Objective To evaluate the value of color Doppler ultrasonography for diagnosis of superior mesenteric artery diseases. Methods78 patients with abdominal pain suspected to be superior mesenteric artery diseases underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. The results were compared with other imaging methods or findings in operation. Results4 patients with superior mesenteric artery embolization coincided with the founding in operation. 18 of the 22 patients suggested with superior mesenteric artery stenoses were confirmed by CTA or DSA. ConclusionColor Doppler ultrasonography can be used in diagnosis of superior mesenteric artery diseases.

ABSTRACT

@#ObjectiveTo assess the value of spinal ultrasound in children with congenital anomalies of spine. MethodsUltrasound findings of 36 children with congenital anomalies of spine were analyzed and compared with the finding of corresponding MRI or operation. ResultsUltrasound finding was the same as MRI in the anatomy in 31/36 children, in addition, it also could show the pulsatile motion and blood flow signals of conus medullaris. ConclusionSpinal ultrasound can present more other informations for diagnosis for congenital anomalies of spine, especially the blood supply of conus medullaris.

ABSTRACT

@#Objective To observe the cerebral hemodynamics in ischemic stroke patients after compound anisodine acupoint injection. Methods 40 stroke patients were measured with transcranial color Doppler before and 4 h,24 h after compound anisodine acupoint injection. Results After injection, the velocity of the cerebral artery showed some increase, the end diastolic velocity of the ophthalmic artery increased and the pulsitility index decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The compound anisodine acupoint injection may improve the flow velocity of ophthalmic artery and cerebral artery.

ABSTRACT

@#Objective To investigate the role of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI)in the early diagnosis of heterotopic ossification after spinal cord injury. Methods Serial CDFI and X-ray were performed per week in 39 patients with spinal cord injuries who were suspicioned with heterotopic ossification clinically. Results The finding under the CDFI including:losing of the regular lamellar pattern of the muscle fibres, chaotic irregular echogenic pattern,echo-free heamatoma, calcification, and extrinsic venous compression. There was statistical significance of incidence of diagnosis between CDFI and X-ray within a week(PP<0.01).Conclusion CDFI is effective on the early diagnosis of heterotopic ossification.

ABSTRACT

@#ObjectiveTo study the speciality of cerebral blood flow velocity of patients with spinal cord injury at different stages after injury.MethodsCerebral blood flow velocity of 46 patients with spinal cord injury were examined by color Doppler ultrasonic technique.ResultsThere was significant difference in diastolic velocity of CBF between patients with course of disease being 3-6 months and >6 months. ConclusionUltrasonography provides an basis for the diagnosis of cerebral blood flow velocity at clinical.
